EST talks to FedEX, UPS, CanPAR, Purolator as well as many other shippers and checks the status of each shipment daily.
This also integrates with the Sales Rep reporting tool which emails sales reps with the status of their customer’s shipments. It emails a daily report of what’s in transit, which packages were delivered, what has yet to ship so Sales Reps are up to date. Each email is personalized to the Rep, with a master report going to the Sales Manager
When a package is successfully delivered the delivery date is written back to the Epicor Database.
